You decide what happens to the AI.
You choose which tasks to hand it, which apps to pay for, what access to give them, and when to stop.
AI Decisions for Small Businesses
Small businesses now use AI to write social media posts, answer customer messages, book appointments, draft invoices and keep the books. We help you decide, task by task, what AI should do, what you keep doing yourself, and what AI should never see.
You choose which tasks to hand it, which apps to pay for, what access to give them, and when to stop.
Every time AI writes a reply, a post or an invoice, someone sends it as it is, fixes it, or throws it out. A staff member who sends an AI-written reply to a customer without reading it has made an AI decision.
Your bigger decisions are only as sound as those everyday ones. That is why we help with both.
The question is not whether to use AI. It is how much of your business you can safely hand to it, and whether it is actually saving you time or making you money.
Services
We go through your business task by task and help you decide what AI should do, what you should keep doing yourself, and what AI should never see. The service has two core parts, and a third that you can choose to add.
For each task you have given to AI, or are thinking of giving to it, we look at five things together: what the AI can see, what it can do without asking you, what you approved and for how long, what is exposed if it gets something wrong, and whether another way would do the job better. Approving an AI app's permissions is not the same as being protected. You leave with a suggested starting setup for every task: let AI do it, keep it yourself, or never give AI that information.
Every time AI writes something for your business, someone decides whether to send it as it is, fix it, or throw it out. Short, hands-on sessions built from the tasks you actually do help you and your staff make that call well. You and your staff learn how to check what AI writes before it reaches a customer, what never to paste into an AI app, and what to do when AI gets something wrong.
Most small businesses never write down where they started, so they cannot tell whether AI helped. If you want, we record your starting point and check in after 30 days. We report the hours you got back separately from the money you made or saved, because time and cash are not the same thing, and we note any AI mistakes by how serious they were and whether someone caught them.
What you receive: a list of your tasks with a suggested starting setup for each one, training for you and your team, and, if you choose tracking, a 30-day report showing what changed.
Framework
Every task goes through the same five questions:
What can the AI see?
What can the AI do without asking you?
What did you allow, and is it once, for this session, or always?
What data, business information or consequences become exposed if something goes wrong?
Would existing software, a chat assistant used by hand, or no AI at all do the job as well?
We start with no handoff at all and add only the access and authority that produce value you can measure. We don't ask you to trust AI. We give you evidence for a decision you can live with.
